A full country breakfast is provided on the balcony overlooking the mouth of the Blackwood River and beyond into Flinders Bay. From here you can see fishing boats, windsurfers and wildlife and some mornings you can even see the whales.

We spend many happy hours in our beautiful garden and we have roses flowering right throughout the summer (you may have noticed a 'Rose Theme' to our web site).

We have two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin — both are tastefully decorated.

Warmstone Cottage used to be our holiday home while we were living in Perth, though we like many others have seen enough of the City and now enjoy  more relaxed country living.
